Return Policy

It is our objective at Navya Nakshatra that each client will be satisfied with his purchase. For us, all transactions should be pleasant and easy to carry out. However, our return and exchange policy is useful where you are unhappy with the shipment of goods for some reason. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, we can be sent an explanation of why you want us to return or exchange it.

However, our Return and Exchange Policy is subject to certain limitations.
  • We're giving our clients a period of 7 days for an inspection, and you must notify us in seven days after receiving your package that it needs to be exchanged.
  • If you notify us after 7 days of receiving the goods, this exchange will not be valid. From the day we receive confirmation from the shipping company that an order has been delivered, this number will be calculated for these seven days.
  • It is necessary to exchange the item in its original condition, undamaged and unused. We're not going to take the goods that are in a bad state.
  • The shipment shall be returned to the customer if the exchanged goods have been found in an altered state.
  • The additional items must also be returned if the purchase of the product you want to return is accompanied by any special offer.
  • All costs relating to transport, VAT, export duties, insurance and return charges shall be borne solely by the customer without any refund.
  • The product to be exchanged shall be insured, paid for in advance and delivered by a traceable and well known carrier.
Return or exchange policies are not included in special or customized orders. Please know that we can do nothing but make recommendations and cannot be certain that these proposals will work, when you require our assistance or suggestions for selecting the goods. Therefore, a refund of the restocking fee for such returns will not be possible. I'm asking you to make sure your order is what you want. Note: In the event of a shipment being damaged, these limitations shall not apply. We ask you to give us your preference before the next order so we can determine which refund, exchange or credit will be used for it.
